Helen Clark, former PM of New Zealand has expressed her concerns over her countries relation with China which has become only business related. The relationship between New Zealand and China became slightly tensed after Huawei was denied permission during 5G network release. Clark was attending annual meeting of Asian Development Bank where she spoke about this issue.
She wants New Zealand to maintain its position related to foreign policy in a right way. During her period as PM, Clark was able to raise questions about various issues with Beijing and even by visiting the country. We must always be ready to raise our concerns which is important and comes to our mind, she added.
