The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan spoke to U.S. President Donald Trump through phone where they talked about regional issues. The conversation also featured S-400 weapon system which is considered to be very critical. According to report, there were also discussion about the current situation in Syria and both the leaders have decided to act against terrorism together.
During the discussion, both Presidents also agreed to have good bilateral ties related trade. Both Turkey and U.S. have been planning to travel 32 kilometer around northern Syria safe zone along Turkish and Syrian border. Meanwhile Ankara wants Turkey to remove all the elements leading to security concerns from safe zone.
