Earlier this year acting ICE director Ronald Vitiello was ousted along with Homeland Security Secretary Kistjen Nielsen following their inaction with similar plan.

The new ICE director Mark Morgan said he will be reaching to the interior enforcement and pass on deportation orders to the families. The arrests will be with compassion and humanity.
