Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, the President of Croatia has reached Canada as an official visit and met PM Justin Trudeau. She said Canada has been home for large number of Croatian communities which has helped to maintain a good relationship. Both nations must work together in science as well as education that will boost the relationship further, she added.
PM Trudeau also greeted Croatian president and praised her for taking the role of president for Council of Women World Leaders. Grabar-Kitarovic also thanked Canadian PM for his role in supporting women’s empowerment and gender equality. She also wants Croatia to become an important place for Canada for their investment plans.
