Sibeth Ndiaye has been named as the new minister in the French government and spokesperson as well. She has been the aide of Emmanuel Macron for 5 long years and will work in place of Benjamin Griveaux who resigned from his post last week to contest in the next mayor election in Paris.
Ndiaye was addressing at the handover ceremony where she said the country has given her a lot and now it is time to give it back. She was working as a media adviser for the president and now being appointed as the spokesperson of the government. Ndiaye has been with Macron since his position as economy minister under Francois Hollande government.
