The President of Italy Sergio Mattarella expects to improve the bilateral ties with China when President Xi Jinping visits Italy. The government of Italy will be signing an agreement related to Belt and Road Initiative in China. The Italian government is also expecting to make many deal with China in order to develop their partnership further said Mattarella.
The Italian President said this deal between Italy and China will also be helpful for other European and Asian countries. The economic relations of both countries must also be transparent and visible, he added. The Chinese President is expected to reach Italy on Thursday before going to France and Monaco as a part of his tour.
