The Canadian Prime Minister is expected to attend the press conference in Ottawa to clear things about SNC-Lavalin scandal. There has been lot of pressure on Justin Trudeau in related to this scandal and he is expected to clarify this by addressing the media. He was expected to reach Regina on Tuesday, but the trip was cancelled to meet the advisers and senior members to find a way to handle to this scandal.
Trudeau is expected to be speaking more defensively and apologetic in related to this matter while addressing the press, said a government source. Even though the prime minister will not be acknowledging any misconduct by his government during the press meet. The SNC-Lavalin scandal involves prime minister and other senior members who have been more aggressive on Jody Wilson-Raybould, ex-attorney general to involve in SNC-Lavalin criminal prosecution. Wilson-Raybould has also expressed her will to offer a testimony related to this matter at the justice committee.
