BREAKING: Explosives found at three places in London
Explosive packages were found at three transit hubs in London – Heathrow Airport, London City Airport and the Waterloo Station train hub.
Metropolitan Police said a counterterrorism investigation has been launched and it is at early stage.
The first package was found at 9:55 a.m. at The Compass Centre on Heathrow’s campus. The building was evacuated immediately after explosive was found.
At 11:40 a.m. the second package was found in a post room at the Waterloo station and the third was disscovered at 12:20 p.m. inside City Aviation House of London City Airport. Both the areas were cordoned off.
No injuries have been reported as none of the devices were triggard.

The packages were white postal bags and contained yellow bags inside. No arrests have been made and police is treating it as a linked services.
No flights were delayed but for a short time light rail service to City Airport was shut.
