Xavier Becerra, the politician and Attorney General of Democratic party said he will be filing a lawsuit to fight legally related to president’s administration and his decision to declare a national emergency. Donald Trump had declared national emergency last Friday at southern border and also signed a bill related to funding for the wall. In the bill, Trump mentions he needs quarter amount money than the actual cost that was quoted to build the wall and we can stop the illegal immigration with this.
But Becerra said this is not the actual national emergency as we have not gone against our U.S. Constitution or quit federal laws. The president just want to fulfill his promise that was made during the election campaign and the border wall has been the main concern for Donald Trump from the day he was announced as the presidential candidate, he said. Becerra also added there is no need to declare a national emergency for this reason at the border.
