African National Congress Starts Election Campaign

ANC or African National Congress has started its election campaign for 2019 by introducing a flying banner that has been tied to a chopper. According to Nomagugu Simelane-Zulu, the spokesperson for ANC said this is also one of the ways to invite people of the country to join the anniversary celebrations to be held on January 8. The banner was launched in KwaZulu-Natal where the party has been working lively, she added. The place has also seen many influential members including Bheki Cele, the police minister.

During the campaign the ANC members will be meeting the people to discuss their needs from governing party. Nomagugu Simelane-Zulu said they wanted people support to improve their policies related to developments in the country. KwaZulu-Natal has been a part of eThekwini Region which is considered to be the biggest in the nation. During the anniversary celebrations in Durban, the party will also introduce their official manifesto for the election.
